100% advance to be paid to initiate the booking - Regarding cancellations, amount is refundable on receipt of cancellation request upto 60 days prior to conference dates after deducting bank charges.
Personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, in-room service, spa, salon, and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check-out.
