TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

• Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast only and per room per night basis exclusive of GST taxes
• The GST is subject to change as per the Government of India's rules and regulations
• Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.
• The Check-in Time is 15:00 hrs and the Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• 100% advance to be paid to initiate the booking - Regarding cancellations, amount is refundable on receipt of cancellation request upto 60 days prior to conference dates after deducting bank charges.
• Personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, in-room service, spa, salon, and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check-out.
• Hotel booking is only available for the registered delegates only.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation received prior 28th Feb, 2026 will be provided 100 % refund apart from bank charges.
• Cancellation received prior 15th Mar, 2026 will be provided 50 % refund apart from bank charges.
• Cancellation received 20th Mar, 2026 onwards will be non-refundable.
