TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

• Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast only and per room per night basis exclusive of GST taxes
• The GST is subject to change as per the Government of India's rules and regulations
• Bank charges applicable for Indian payment gateway at 3.75 % and International credit cards will be charged at 4 % additional
• Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.
• The Check-in Time is 15:00 hrs and the Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• 100% advance to be paid to initiate the booking.
• Personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, in-room service, spa, salon, and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check-out.
• Hotel booking is only available for the registered delegates only.
• Free Shuttle service will be provided from all GLEX 2025 official hotels.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation received prior 31st March, 2025 will be provided 100 % refund apart from bank charges.
• Cancellation received prior 15th April, 2025 will be provided 50 % refund apart from bank charges.
• Cancellation received 16th April, 2025 onwards will be non-refundable.
