Fee for register a conference/events once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in future. Don't pay any extra amount apart from the requisite fee.
Your registration will be cancelled :
1. If the fee paid is short,
2. If false identity has been submitted
REFUND POLICY
The refund policy of each conference, event or anyone using the platform will be different and the user acknowledge the same.
The users will abide by the cancellation policy put forth by each of these organisers and understand and acknowledge that Alpcord Network events & conference management co. pvt. ltd. have nothing to do with the same and holds no responsibility for the same.
Users may liase, communicate with the event organiser in case of any dispute arising out of a cancellation or refund and Alpcord Network events & conference management co. pvt. ltd. is in no way liable to pay you directly unless authorised by the event organiser. The users understand and acknowledge the same.
