Important Guidelines for OPAI 2025 Registration:
- Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates.
- Please wear your registration badge (Bar/QR coded) at all times in the conference area.
- Registration is non-transferable.
- PG students must submit a recommendation letter from the Head of the Department/Institute.
- Always mention your registration number in all correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.
- Spot Registrations: Payments will only be accepted via cash or card. Delegate kits for spot registrations will be provided subject to availability.
- Delegate kits will only be handed over to registered delegates.
- Entry for spouses or accompanying person delegates may be restricted in certain areas of the venue.
- Payment gateway charges: 3% for INR payments and 4% for USD payments.
- If applicable, please provide your OPAI membership number during registration.
- The conference organizers are not responsible for delays in postal delivery, failed electronic communications, or undelivered correspondence.

Registration Fee Excludes:
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the OPAI 2025 Secretariat at secretariat@opai2025.com
- Cancellation requests received by 15th August 2025 will qualify for a 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 15th August 2025.
- Refund processing will begin 20 days after the completion of the conference.
