Important Guidelines for OPAI 2025 Registration:
  1. Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates.
  2. Please wear your registration badge (Bar/QR coded) at all times in the conference area.
  3. Registration is non-transferable.
  4. PG students must submit a recommendation letter from the Head of the Department/Institute.
  5. Always mention your registration number in all correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.
  6. Spot Registrations: Payments will only be accepted via cash or card. Delegate kits for spot registrations will be provided subject to availability.
  7. Delegate kits will only be handed over to registered delegates.
  8. Entry for spouses or accompanying person delegates may be restricted in certain areas of the venue.
  9. Payment gateway charges: 3% for INR payments and 4% for USD payments.
  10. If applicable, please provide your OPAI membership number during registration.
  11. The conference organizers are not responsible for delays in postal delivery, failed electronic communications, or undelivered correspondence.

Registration Fee Excludes:

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    1. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the OPAI 2025 Secretariat at secretariat@opai2025.com
    2. Cancellation requests received by 15th August 2025 will qualify for a 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
    3. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 15th August 2025.
    4. Refund processing will begin 20 days after the completion of the conference.
